91 Advanced Sheet Duplication

Welcome to this demonstration on Bonus Tools – 91 Advanced Sheet Duplication. This tool allows you to Duplicate one or many Sheets from any File.

1. Before starting, please note the following known limitations:
   1. When coping Plans (Floor, Ceiling, Structural etc.) the Level height is not important, but the Level name is, if the tool cannot find a match name then the view will not be copied, the below is ok.
   2. 
   3. Dependant Views will be copied as In-dependant Views.
   4. Sheet View port Titles will be placed in default locations with default line lengths (current limitation with API).
2. Find 91 Advanced Sheet Duplication on a Bonus Tools Tab and select it to run.
3. The dialog will appear.
4. Search for Sheets to copy but Select Search by Parameter and then typing search text
5. Select one or many Views to Copy.
   1. Note: the Model name is prefixed to each Sheet
6. Enter the number of time you want each Sheet to be copied.
7. Select the copy options where:
   1. Place/copy Legends > will first try find the Legend in the To Model, if not found then copy it.
      1. Duplicate Legends > will duplicate the Legend if it already exists in the To Model.
   2. Place/copy Schedules > will first try find the Schedule in the To Model, if not found then copy it.
      1. Duplicate Schedules > will duplicate the Schedule if it already exists in the To Model.
   3. Duplicate/copy all other View Types > will is to bring across Elevations
   4. Copy View Templates > will copy the associated View Template if on exists
   5. Copy Annotations from Linked Files > will copy any 2D elements that are available to the API for copying.

   1. Note: there may be errors and warnings during duplication. This is for you to go through and deal with as required.
